From mood lighting, peanut ball, TENS machine, The Birth Sling and robozo, to position changes, relaxation hacks, aromatherapy and massage oils, plus the ultimate counterpressure moves, I've got a whole playbook of non-medical comfort tricks up my sleeve to help you conquer labour like a boss!

Speaking of superpowers, don't forget your intuition - it's your secret weapon! You and your partner are the ultimate decision-makers for your little one's arrival, and I've got your back.

The adventure doesn't stop at birth. I’m here for you during those crucial postpartum weeks. My package includes not one, but two postpartum visits.
